Cullman County - Duck River
If you are looking to buy land in rural Cullman County, Alabama, this property should be at the top of your list. This tract of land has rolling topography with Rock Creek flowing through it and merging with Duck River. It is understood that Duck River may possibly be dammed in the future by the Cullman Water Authority, which will back water up on to this tract. At the time of printing, all of the condemnation proceedings and restrictions are not known. Deer hunting and turkey hunting are considered very good in this area. Permission must be obtained from adjoining landowner to access this property.

Directions
Take I-65 to exit 308 (US 278/Cullman/Double Springs Exit). Travel East on US 278 for 3.3 miles, and turn left (North) onto Highway 69. Travel North on Highway 69 for 8.0 miles, and turn right (South) onto County Road 1669 (Wesley Ave. S). Travel South on County Road 1669 (Wesley Ave. S) for 1.0 mile and bear right onto County Road 1669. Proceed another 0.7 miles South on County Road 1669, and turn right (West) onto County Road 1659. Travel West on County Road 1659 for 0.5 miles, and turn left (South) onto County Road 1668. Travel South on County Road 1668 for 0.5 miles and you will be near the red star on the map. To access the tract, you will have obtain permission and cross private land.
